Rail Dispatch & Customer Care Host (Shift-Based)

Greater Anglia is seeking a Platform Host (Train Dispatcher) at Cambridge Station to join our Customer Service team on a permanent full-time basis. The role involves dispatch responsibilities, ensuring safe and punctual train operations, and delivering excellent customer service.

Full training and uniform are provided. You will work an average of 35 hours per week on a shift-based schedule that includes early starts and weekends, with compensation of £29,771 per year.
