Rail Asset Renewal & Scheme Development Lead

c2c Railway Limited is seeking a Construction Scheme Development Manager to manage the long-term Asset Renewal plan. You will lead the development of construction schemes, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years of experience in construction/project management, with strong knowledge of UK construction regulations and health & safety standards. The role offers a competitive salary of £80,000 per year.
