This role requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/record. If not currently a PVG member for the relevant regulatory group (child and/or adult), an application must be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before starting.

• Responsible for organizing, planning, and delivering a high-quality regional breast imaging service for the South East Division of the Scottish Breast Screening Service. Collaborate with the Clinical Director to provide direction and vision for future service development, being accountable to NSD and partner health boards.
• Manage the financial and operational performance of the SE Scotland Breast Screening service and ensure all Radiographic Quality Assurance standards meet national guidelines.
• Deputize for the Clinical Director in all clinical aspects and represent the director at meetings as required.
