Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Radio Direct Sales Executive to join our commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling advertising and sponsorship opportunities directly to local businesses. You will play a key role in generating revenue by developing strong client relationships and creating tailored marketing solutions that help businesses grow through the power of radio.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and develop new direct advertising clients through cold calling, networking, and face-to-face meetings.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing direct clients to ensure repeat business and long-term revenue growth.

Identify client needs and craft customized advertising solutions using on-air, digital, and promotional opportunities.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Work closely with creative and production teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on time.

Maintain accurate records of sales activity internal CRM systems.

Stay up to date with market trends, competitive media, and industry insights to effectively position our brand.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in media sales, radio advertising, or B2B direct sales (minimum 1-2 years preferred).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of clients.

Self-starter with a results-driven attitude and the ability to work independently.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge of local business landscape and marketing trends.

Proficiency in MS Office.
