Job Description

Marc Daniels are working with a well renowned brand to look for an experienced R2R Lead to take ownership of a large, high performing team and drive balance sheet integrity across a complex, multi entity environment. This is a high visibility role where you'll shape controls, elevate reporting quality, and influence senior leadership.

With a strong transformation agenda, you'll also play a key role in standardising processes, improving systems, and strengthening financial control across the group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and develop a large R2R team within a fast paced, global environment.
  • Own balance sheet governance: reconciliations, ageing reviews, risk identification and remediation.
  • Drive a timely and accurate month end close, ensuring robust journals, accruals, prepayments and intercompany activity.
  • Maintain general ledger integrity across multiple entities.
  • Partner closely with FP&A, Commercial Finance and Operations to align reporting with business performance.
  • Lead on audit readiness, statutory compliance and internal control frameworks.
  • Champion process improvement, automation and standardisation across the R2R landscape.
  • Support finance transformation, system upgrades and scalability initiatives.
About You
  • Proven experience leading a large R2R or Financial Accounting team in a complex, multi entity organisation.
  • Strong technical accounting background with deep experience managing the balance sheet end to end.
  • Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders and challenge constructively.
  • Highly organised, resilient and comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
