• You will work alongside some of the original R&D pioneers in the UK, with strong relationships within HMRC, leading to a high success rate on applications.
• You will collaborate with a diverse team of experienced R&D Tax professionals and Engineers who are Chartered Accountants and Chartered Tax Advisors.
• You will work closely with Partners and Directors who are some of the most experienced and recognized professionals in R&D in the UK.

Your role

• Help grow the business by applying a commercial outlook and proven skills to win new business and secure tenders.
• Work with the R&D segment leader to contribute to strategy and growth targets for your office.
• Engage in a mix of business development, marketing, technical delivery, and team management.
• Manage projects autonomously.

What you'll need to succeed

• Currently working in an R&D Tax team at Manager or Senior Manager level, seeking a firm with ambitious growth plans and full business support.
• UK tax experience is essential.
• Ideally ACA, ACCA, CA, or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
• Confident, outgoing personality.
