Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of claims for R&D tax relief and tax credits and contribute to marketing ideas.
• Take over the line management of a team that includes tax specialists, engineers, software programmers and scientists.
• Be responsible for your team's development and progression.
• Lead client meetings and build and develop working relationships with colleagues and intermediaries.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, liaising with clients, colleagues and HMRC to ensure claims are optimised and deadlines are met, ensuring R&D claims meet the requirements of relevant tax legislation and guidelines.
