• Deep technical expertise in designing and formulating advanced refractory products tailored to specific industry needs.
• Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring technical teams, with the ability to drive innovation and productivity.
• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of creating solutions from concept to implementation based on industry requirements.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, ensuring smooth integration of R&D outcomes with commercial and operational teams.
