Job Description

Abbott Laboratories in Ireland is seeking an R&D Engineer (Intermediate) to join its Sligo/Clonmel area R&D efforts. You will contribute to medical device design, develop prototypes, and drive projects through a full development lifecycle, collaborating with Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams.

The role requires 2+ years in product/process development, strong CAD (SolidWorks) skills, and experience with DFMs and prototyping across manufacturing methods.
