Kinisla seeks an experienced R&D Category Manager to lead the Consumer Food portfolio, aligning science with consumer insight and commercial strategy. You will own the roadmap, manage the development pipeline, and ensure scalable, compliant product solutions.

You will partner across Front-End Innovation, Food Science, Packaging, Operations and Commercial teams to accelerate growth, while coaching a high-performing R&D team in a dynamic, global dairy environment.
