The Opportunity

An established residential developer is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality residential developments while becoming part of a business with a strong reputation for delivering successful projects and investing in its people.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial management of residential developments
• Procurement of subcontract packages
• Monthly CVRs and Cost to Complete reporting
• Managing subcontract accounts
• Valuations, variations and final accounts
• Regular site visits and collaboration with operational teams

Requirements

• Previous residential housebuilding experience
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Experience with subcontract procurement and cost reporting
