A specialist building envelope contractor delivering full facade, cladding and EWI solutions across residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. They support clients from early design through to installation, offering technically robust systems and a strong track record of delivering high-quality external envelope packages.
Your new role
You'll take commercial responsibility for a portfolio of cladding and facade schemes, managing costs from tender through to final account. Your duties will include procurement of subcontract packages, valuations, variations, CVRs, forecasting and commercial reporting. You'll work closely with design and operations teams to support value engineering, manage risk and ensure projects remain commercially secure. You'll also build strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners, representing the business professionally on all commercial matters.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within cladding, facades or building envelope packages Strong commercial and contractual knowledge, ideally with JCT Ability to manage procurement, variations, valuations and final accounts Good technical understanding of cladding systems and associated trades Confident communicator with strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
