Following another significant phase of expansion, we are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team.

In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of new build and refurbishment projects across roofing, cladding, and façades. Your key responsibility will be to ensure robust financial control throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to completion. You will also play a vital role in managing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, driving commercial performance and ensuring successful delivery on every project.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry, with applications welcomed from a range of sector backgrounds. This position is perfect for a driven, ambitious individual eager to enhance their skills and advance their career within a forward thinking, growth focused business.

• Managing several new build and refurbishment projects simultaneously
• Maintaining financial control of projects from start to finish, including monthly job costing review and final accounts agreements
• Building effective relationships with other departments, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Working office based near Aylesbury, with some site travel when required

• Quantity Surveyor with a construction background
• Full UK driving licence
• Commutable distance from Aylesbury
