Quantity Surveyor

Overview

We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning tier 1 developer based in Guildford. The developer undertakes volume house building, with projects up to 300 units per phase across Surrey and Hampshire. They are eco-conscious, and driving sustainability in all of their developments.

Responsibilities

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial element of the development, managing costs on site and liaising with site teams. You will be reporting into the Senior Quantity Surveyor on site.

• Involvement in pre-construction activities
• Procurement of various sub-contract packages
• Dealing with variations
• Assisting in completing monthly CVRs

Key Requirements

• Educated to HNC / Degree level
• Experience working within a developer would be preferential
• Be a driven and ambitious individual
• COINS experience is preferential
