Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support our fitout and retail projects. You will play a key role in managing costs, ensuring project delivery within budget, and maintaining our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and forecasts
• Conduct cost analysis and risk assessments
• Manage subcontractor agreements and payments
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the fitout and/or retail sector
• Strong knowledge of cost management and contract administration
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
• Must live within a commutable distance to Plymouth
