I am looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor that has a strong High End Residential background to join a niche company.

The head office is based in Surrey and all the work that they take on is based around different areas of Surrey also. There is great potential for successful candidate to progress within the company.

Salary - £40-50K (depending on experience)

Main Duties:
- Apply principles of cost management and elemental cost analysis
- Recognise and understand cost sensitive areas
- Identify and communicate threats to budget and programme
- Cost planning and pre-contract cost control
- Prepare internal reports, commercial progress and financial reconciliation

It is essential that you have a background of High End Residential
