We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our clients dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing project costs, ensuring that all financial aspects are accurately calculated and controlled throughout the lifecycle of the project. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and project managers.

The successful candidate will contribute to a variety of exciting projects, including:

• Multi-storey accommodation
• Retail and leisure developments
• Healthcare and pharmaceutical facilities
• Warehousing and industrial buildings
• Production and manufacturing facilities
