A leading contractor in the property services sector is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support ongoing planned and refurbishment projects across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially-minded QS who enjoys working on a variety of planned works from tender stage through to final account.
The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key part in cost management and commercial control across multiple projects. You will be responsible for tender pricing, CVRs, subcontractor administration, and project forecasting-ensuring commercial performance is optimised throughout.

- Pricing and evaluation of tenders, particularly for planned maintenance projects
- Full commercial oversight from pre-construction to completion
- Preparation of cost value reconciliations and forecasts
- Administration of subcontractor accounts, applications, and payments
- Identification of cost-saving and margin-enhancing opportunities
- A recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)
- Prior experience working on planned maintenance, or refurbishment works
- Strong understanding of bills of quantities and commercial cost management tools
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable using industry-specific software
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Capable of managing both direct labour and subcontract teams
