Your new role

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Prepare detailed cost reports and financial statements.

Conduct risk and value management and cost control.

Advise on procurement strategy and contract administration.

Ensure accurate and timely valuation of work completed.

Implement Health & Safety protocols and comply with relevant legislation

What you'll need to succeed

Relevant qualifications and experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a Tier 1 or main contractor.

Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

Membership of a relevant professional body

Strong understanding of construction contracts and legislation.

Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
