Quantity Surveyor
Bristol - 1 day a week onsite
£350 - £400pd Inside IR35
part time - 2/3 days a week
6 months, could be extended to 2027
*Must be eligible for SC Clearance*
iO are working with an innovative and rapidly growing Technology company who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a contract basis
They are at the forefront of disruptive technology in the UK and are working in partnership with a Defence organisation to fit-out a new secure building
They need an experienced QS who can hit the ground running and lead on this project, having a high level of competency and experience associated to NEC4 contract delivery, CEMAR use, cost estimating and preparing compensation events, preparing claims.
We are looking for experience in:
- Construction background with experience in site/facility/large scale scientific laboratories development eg Defence, R&D/Engineering/Production facility/site kit-out/development (experience of equipment installation is desirable)
- NEC4 Contract experience
- Preparing NEC4 claims, including roll-up of subcontractors
- CEMAR contract management tool experience
