Job Description
Quantity Surveyor - Highways 
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
Location: East Midlands
Region: East Midlands
We are seeking an experienced Highways Quantity Surveyor to work within the East Midlands area.
Working for a leading Highways and Civils contractor, you will lead a team comprising 2 Quantity Surveyors and a commercial assistant, working closely with the client to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities and Requirements:- Preparation of monthly cost/value reports for the area, including trend analysis with other contract team members.
- Measurement of works and agreement thereof with clients and subcontractors.
- Approval and monitoring of subcontractor payments.
- Proficiency with NEC forms of contract.
- Recent experience in the highways sector, specifically in civils and road construction.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in highways projects.
