This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *leading research to help shape the future of office spaces, hybrid work, and workplace services*.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Quantitative & Qualitative Researcher to join their People Analytics team for a 6-month project focused on improving employee experience in the workplace.

You'll lead research to help shape the future of office spaces, hybrid work, and workplace services- ensuring investments in physical work environments truly meet employee needs.

What You'll Do

• Run research projects using surveys, interviews, and data analysis.

• Explore how employees use office spaces and what they need to work effectively.

• Turn insights into clear recommendations for workplace design and strategy.

• Collaborate with teams across Real Estate, Workplace Services, People, and IT.

• Lead workshops and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in research (agency, consultancy, or in-house).

• Background in psychology, behavioral science, HCI, or similar.

• Strong skills in both qualitative and quantitative methods.

• Experience with design thinking and employee-centered research.

• Confident presenting insights and influencing cross-functional teams.

• Comfortable managing multiple projects and working independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience in HR, real estate, or workplace services.

• Familiarity with behavioral insights or nudging.

• Skilled in workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
