Quantitative Analyst (Energy)

Whitebridge is looking for an experienced Quantitative Analyst to join a long term programme for our energy client.

Experience required:

• High proficiency in core languages such as Python and SQL (including data workflow from source to action, including schema design, persistence infrastructure etc.), as well as nice to haves including C#, .NET, C++ or otherwise
• Familiar with ITIL processes, Agile/DevOps practices, cloud operations, and tools like Visual Studio and Azure DevOps
• Expertise in some of the following, statistical analysis, time-series analysis, signal processing, portfolio theory, optimisation, machine learning/AI
• Exposure and some understanding of Systematic Trading and Strategies for signal generation, automated trading and the full strategy workflow
• Expertise with full trade life cycle, trade systems, trading tick data
• Advantage to have an understanding of systematic asset optimisation, market making and proprietary strategies

The successful applicant should be able to commit to starting ASAP. The role will be hybrid with up to 2 days per week in the office. The role will be umbrella based working. Direct applicants only please.
