Job Title: Senior Manager- (Quantexa) Tech Lead

The Role - Quantexa Tech Lead
We are seeking a Quantexa Tech Lead to join our growing team and play a key role in the delivery of data-driven solutions using the Quantexa platform. The ideal candidate will be Quantexa certified, have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end implementations, and bring strong technical leadership capabilities.
This role will involve direct engagement with client stakeholders, technical teams, and business SMEs to ensure successful solution delivery, with a particular focus on Quantexa architecture, design, and integration.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and deliver full lifecycle Quantexa implementations - from requirement gathering to design, development, and production deployment.
- Own and manage use case-specific Quantexa configurations, including data ingestion, entity resolution, scoring, and network generation.
- Serve as the primary technical interface between client stakeholders and the delivery team.
- Conduct workshops and technical sessions to gather requirements and translate them into Quantexa design artifacts and specifications.
- Facilitate backlog grooming sessions and support agile delivery across multiple pods/use cases.
- Perform technical code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices across the implementation.
- Mentor and guide development teams in Quantexa data modelling, scoring logic, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with architects and data engineers to integrate Quantexa into broader Big Data ecosystems.
- Communicate complex technical solutions clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Quantexa Technical Certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience in end-to-end Quantexa SDLC implementations, including design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Deep understanding of Quantexa components such as: Entity Resolution (ER), Scoring Framework, Contextual Network Generation, UI Configuration.
- Strong background in Big Data technologies, including: Scala, Apache Spark, Hadoop, ElasticSearch.
- Experience with data modelling and design in the context of large-scale analytics platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - capable of interfacing with both business and technical audiences.
- Ability to produce and present technical design artifacts aligned to Quantexa architecture.
- Good working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience delivering Quantexa in Financial Services, Fraud, AML, or KYC use cases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerisation technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and security best practices within enterprise data platforms.
- Degree or Master's qualification in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
