Quality System Manager

12 month FTC (Maternity Cover) - IMMEDIATE START required

We're supporting a specialised nutrition manufacturer in Liverpool as they look for an energetic, forward thinking Quality Systems & Compliance Manager to lead their QMS and drive a strong Culture of Quality across the site.

If you're a confident decision maker with fresh ideas, resilience, and a real passion for Quality, this role gives you the platform to influence, improve and protect product quality, consumer safety and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Lead and enhance the site Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure audit readiness (FDA, FSSC, ISO, EHO, Trading Standards)
• Govern change management, risk assessments and internal audits
• Oversee complaints, product registrations, food defence & food fraud
• Manage raw material approval and supplier quality
• Drive a strong Culture of Quality across all functions
• Lead, coach and develop a team of three
