QUALITY MANAGER, EMEA AEROSPACE& DEFENSE

Arrow's GlobalComponents is looking for a Quality Manager, EMEA Aerospace &Defense. In this position, you will be supporting the developmentand sustain the Quality Management System in line with Customerrequirements.

What will you be doing atArrow GC?

• You will beresponsible for supporting/maintaining Quality Assurance Systemdata
• 8D responses: Customer liaison for allquality related issues/queries and lead root cause analysis (RCA)and assist in implementation of corrective/preventative actions fornonconformities with effective analytical and problem-solvingresolution.
• Completion of First ArticleInspection Reports
• Fault trendanalysis
• Creation of quality metrics andKPIs
• Working closely with Sales teams, alongwith Distribution center personnel
• Support newbusiness activity working with Salesteam
• Participating in Continuous Improvementsprojects as required
• Ensure adherence tocustomer requirements, standards and applicable regulatoryrequirements.
• Monitor the effectiveness of theQMS and recommend enhancements.
• Prepare for andfacilitate customer audits, document audit findings and overseecorrective and preventive actions.
• Analyzeprocesses to identify opportunities for improvement and ensureconsistent quality.
• Work withcustomers/suppliers directly in a courteous and professionalmanner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto meet Customer and regulatoryexpectations
• Generate reports on KPIs andqualitymetrics

What arewe looking for?

• You haveminimum of 3 years experience in a Quality Management role, in theAerospace & Defense industry
• Experience andknowledge of AS9100/9120 standards and quality managementprinciples
• Strong knowledge of aerospaceindustry regulations andrequirements
• Familiarity with quality toolssuch as FMEA, SPC, CAPA, 5 Whys, FishboneDiagrams
