Who will you work with?

You'll lead our Quality team while partnering closely with Manufacturing, Planning, Technical, Supply Chain and Senior Leadership teams. Together, you'll ensure our products consistently meet customer expectations, regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.

This role provides the opportunity to make a significant impact across the business unit, influencing quality performance, customer satisfaction and long-term operational success.

Salary Competitive Depending on Experience

Responsible to Business Unit Manager

What You'll be Doing

The role involves leading and developing the quality function across the business unit, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership and effective decision-making to ensure products consistently meet customer, regulatory and business requirements. It requires using data and performance insights to identify trends, strengthen quality controls and preventative actions, and drive continual improvement through lean techniques and effective resource allocation. The position also focuses on coaching, mentoring and developing quality professionals to build capability, while working closely with customers, suppliers and third-party inspectors to support audits, maintain compliance with quality standards and management systems, and deliver successful outcomes. In partnership with leadership teams, the role will support business growth while maintaining the highest standards of quality and operational excellence.
