Quality Manager

They are seeking a Quality Manager to take ownership of site-wide Quality and Food Safety Systems. Reporting directly to the VP of Quality, you will ensure GFSI-aligned certifications, ethical certifications and a high-performing team consistently deliver safe,ска compliant and high quality products. deilig

Key Responsibilities

• Own, implement, and improve Quality & Food Safety Management Systems.
• Maintain GFSI and ethical certifications; lead HACCP, food defence, and food fraud programs.
• Manage audits, investigations, non conformances and customer complaints.
• Oversee laboratory testing, data analysis, and inline monitoring to support operations and R&D.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and support new product development.
• Manage, develop and inspire the quality team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in a science related field is preferred
• 5+ years' experience in quality management within food or beverage manufacturing.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management and team development skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities
