The COMPANY

Our client is a well-established engineering sub-contract organisation who operate within the engineering sector, offering a full engineering solution including laser cutting, press brake, tube bending, fabrication, and related services.

Role

Our client is recruiting a Quality Manager, reporting directly to the board. You will be responsible for all aspects of the quality management system as quality is integral to the ethos of the organisation. The role will involve:

• Assume responsibility for everything quality
• Manage quality team
• Main liaison between client and customers on quality & compliance
• Analyse and review customer performance
• Lead on the development & enforcement of the quality management system ISO9001
• Oversee audits both internal and external
• Visit customer sites for meetings and reviews

Candidate

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Quality Manager possessing the ambition to forge a career within a successful expanding engineering company. You will possess the following skills:

• Quality Management experience
• Background within a Fabrication environment
• Good engineering knowledge and training
• Willingness to get involved in the "nitty gritty" as well as strategic aspects of the job
• Excellent administration skills
