Quality Improvement Officer

Cadrans Fluckiger SA Quality Officer (M/F) MissionIn this role, within our Quality Service, your main mission will be to identify and analyze non-conformities within your area of responsibility, propose and implement preventive actions throughout the production cycle, initiate and lead continuous improvement projects, and participate in managing the company's Quality standards to support the challenges of quality and performance throughout the product life cycle.Responsibilities- Identify, analyze, and address internal non-conformities in your area of activity along with the associated action plans.- Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions in terms of procedures, processes, and controls, and ensure follow-up on the actions throughout the life cycle.- Participate in the new product process (monitoring, report series 0).- Establish, support, and monitor Quality procedures.- Organize training sessions for personnel on the importance of adhering to the quality approach.- Prepare the drafting of quality manuals and procedures.- Implement and monitor necessary actions regarding continuous improvement and/or internal non-conformities related to processes/products, Quality Flash reports, procedures, and instructions.- Optimize Quality processes.- Analyze daily the projects sought in your area.Profile- Degree (X) in Engineering and/or with a focus on Quality (or equivalent).- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function.- Knowledge of the modes of the watchmaking product, experience in the high-end dial field, quality tools, analysis, and problem-solving.- Ability to lead a project.- Knowledge of German is a plus.- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively while being action-oriented and capable of managing complexity.
