Your Mission
Customer Complaints & Corrective Actions - Manage complaint resolution, corrective action reporting,and cross-functional collaboration.
Reliability & Risk Analysis - Conduct MTBF assessments, defect rate evaluations, and risk mitigation strategies.
Supplier & Process Quality - Ensure material compliance, optimize processes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Product Development & Compliance - Contribute to FMEA assessments, internal audits, and adherence to quality standards.
Training & Knowledge Sharing - Educate teams on best practices, compliance, and quality methodologies
Your Profile
Bachelor or Master Degree in mechanics, micromechanics, physics or an equivalent field.
An initial experience in development, production or supply chain within automotive, semiconductor or aeronautics industry would be an asset.
Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies (FMEA, functional analysis, 8D, Seven Quality Tools, Stratification, Flow Charts, Run Charts).
Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma, DMAIC, ISO 9001, and international quality standards.
Strong command of Excel; Minitab is a plus.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
