Quality Engineer

The Role

The role involves enhancing product quality and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. It includes collaborating with the Quality Manager in addressing issues, conducting root cause analysis, and applying various quality tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Maintain updated records and monitor results for compliance.
• Produce and analyse process capability data to identify corrective actions and improvement opportunities.
• Assist internal and external audit processes and conduct process confirmation audits.
• Provide data and reports as required by internal and external customers.
• Record and analyze Right First Time (RTF) data to contribute to problem-solving efforts.
• Drive continuous improvement (CI) initiatives using root cause analysis (RCA) and quality tools.
• Input Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
• Assist with the change management process.
• Monitor performance and quality intelligence through KPIs and business intelligence tools.
• Contribute to the planning and achievement of the Quality Strategy objectives and KPIs.
• Coordinate calibration of equipment across multiple sites.
• Actively participate in the review and improvement of the EHS management system, addressing non-conformities and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Root Cause Analysis / Continuous Improvement
• Lean Six Sigma / Problem Solving Skills Experience
• ISO13485 or ISO9001 Experience
• NC / CAPA
