Quality Control Technician - Red Meat (Beef)

Pickstock Telford Ltd. in Shropshire is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our QA team at our abattoir and boning hall. You'll ensure product quality, food safety and hygiene across the facility, working with production staff to meet internal and regulatory standards.

We're looking for hands-on experience in meat processing, attention to detail and knowledge of hygiene and safety best practices. Level 2 Food Safety certification and awareness of HACCP/BRC audits are preferred.
