Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform daily equipment inspections, maintenance, and repairs;
2. Identify anomalies in automated systems and collaborate with R&D to optimize solutions;
3. Oversee the implementation and construction of warehouse automation projects.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience;
2. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure; capable of handling tasks independently;
3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a sense of responsibility and mission;
4. Proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.
