Quality Control Auditor

At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Quality Control Auditor to join our client's growing team based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Control Auditor to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop Quality Systems to meet business needs.
• Support internal auditing, carry out site-based QAQC Audits.
• Compile reports and audits using our company's construction software.
• Document and implement quality procedures on all sites and departments.
• Investigate non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Mentor staff and promote skill development through training others on company procedures.
• Collaborate across teams and develop quality inspection check sheets.
• Maintain and review reports and inspections on the company software platform.
• Support customer complaints and product reviews.
• Assisting with BC(a)R and project handovers
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by our QAQC Manager.
• Foster a culture of quality and support QAQC expertise across the company through training and support.

Requirements

• Trades background / 3rd level Construction Management Qualification.
• 3-5+ years' experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of construction best practices
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in large-scale projects
• Familiarity with building regulations and certification standards
• Detail-oriented and methodical
• Effective team player, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Experience working with Procore construction software
• Lean Construction qualification/experience is an advantage
