Quality Control Analyst

Start People is hiring a QC Analyst for a leading client in the cell therapy industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC testing for CAR-T cell therapy products in IPC laboratories
• Environmental monitoring in clean rooms (viable/non-viable particle and microbial sampling)
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless analytical testing and production processes
• Ensure top-notch documentation using eLIMS software and support data integrity
• Support continuous improvement by writing/reviewing QC documentation and SOPs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in lab technologies or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Required Skills

• Fluent in Dutch and technical English (spoken and written)
• Organized, multitasker, and a true team player

Preferred Skills

• Experience in aseptic production (QC or QA) is a plus-but not required
