Quality Checker (Night Shift)
Location: Malvern
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 10:00pm - 8:00am
Pay Rate: DOE

Are you an experienced Quality Checker or Quality Control Inspector looking for a temp to perm opportunity?
Our client based in Malvern, is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Quality Checker to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a small, supportive department where you'll benefit from a quieter night shift environment.

The Role
As a Quality Checker, you will play a key role in ensuring products meet the required quality standards before leaving production. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for carrying out inspections, recording quality data, and supporting production with quality-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visual and dimensional quality inspections
• Identify and report defects or non-conformances
• Complete quality documentation accurately
• Support continuous improvement within the department
• Work closely with colleagues to maintain high production standards
• Follow company quality and health & safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within a Quality Control (QC) or Quality Inspection role is highly desirable
• Experience within a manufacturing or production environment
• Assembly experience would be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects
• Good communication and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
