Role Overview:

As a Quality Assurance Technician at TC Harrison JCB, you will be responsible for performing thorough pre-delivery inspections on JCB machinery. Your primary task will be to ensure that each machine is in perfect working condition, meeting both company and manufacturer standards before delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Pre-Delivery Inspections on new and used JCB machinery.


• Identify and rectify any mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, or cosmetic issues.


• Ensure all machinery meets company and manufacturer standards.


• Complete all necessary documentation and inspection reports.


• Collaborate with the service and sales teams to ensure timely machinery deliveries.


• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.


• Stay updated with the latest JCB technologies and inspection techniques.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Technician or in a similar role within the heavy machinery or automotive industry.


• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostic skills.


• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Excellent problem-solving skills.


• Valid driver's license.
