Quality Assurance Surveyor

Due to continuous expansion, we are seeking a QA Surveyor to join our Quality Assurance and Documentation division.

This role requires flexibility to travel within Munster predominantly, but not exclusively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance surveys on residential properties in accordance with SEAI standards.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and snag lists.
• Advise clients and contractors on SEAI requirements and compliance issues.
• Communicate effectively with contractors, clients, and internal teams.
• Monitor work quality and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with SEAI regulations and share updates with relevant departments and external partners.
• Completing small minor on site snags.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in surveying, construction inspections, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SEAI grant schemes and associated energy upgrade works (e.g. wall insulation, attic insulation, heat pumps, solar PV, windows, doors, floor insulation, and mechanical ventilation).
• Excellent report writing and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English - verbal and written.
