Job Description
Irish Country Meats is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer based in Camolin, Co. Wexford. The successful candidate reports to the Quality Manager and collaborates with Supervisors, Area Managers, Maintenance and Operations to uphold top standards of food safety, quality and compliance.
Key tasks include monitoring quality, inspections, record-keeping, corrective actions, audits support and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
