As Quality Manager you will design and establish a robust quality framework, reporting directly to senior leadership.
To introduce structure, promote ownership, and support teams in driving continuous improvement. You will design a phased project approach with clear milestones and assist project teams in creating practical, targeted procedures.
Charged with developing and implementing a practical, user-friendly quality system to standardize and document 2 decades of multidisciplinary, complex engineering projects.
You bring with you;
Past experience in introducing a structured project approach with clear milestones, and support teams with targeted procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
With at least 10 years of experience in Quality Management with solid skills and experience within an Engineering, Civil or maritime environment.
Experienced in:-
- BPM (e.g. Nintex/Mavim/LeanIX)
- Change Management (e.g. ADKAR/Kotter/Lewin)
- Risk management and auditing.
- Fluent Dutch and English
Proven ability to lead and manage ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compliance, including audits, ISMS maintenance, and coordination with certifying bodies.
With experience in collaborating across departments in multi-disciplinary teams to embed quality procedures into daily operations.
