Quality Assurance & Compliance Lead, Construction

Burns & McDonnell in Glasgow is seeking a Quality specialist to drive compliance and quality across construction and off-site manufacture. The role will implement the Integrated Management System (IMS), align with UK client rules, and travel to sites for audits and inspections.

You will lead quality plans, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement, while working with the Quality Manager to maintain the IMS and ensure high standards throughout projects.
