Quality Assurance Analyst This newly created role will be part of the Service Delivery team that sits within our London and UK Regions COO function, playing a vital role in supporting the various business lines within our Underwriting teams based in our London and other regional Sompo offices.This exciting opportunity will allow the incumbent to play an integral part in strengthening the operational resilience of the services provided by the Operations function, directly and through our outsource partners. Key to delivery will be supporting the Quality Assurance Manager in providing assurance of accurate data capture, providing proactive query management, and supporting the promotion of best practice within the Underwriting Operations teams. Support service delivery (both directly and through our outsourcing partners) and ensuring alignment of the quality assurance framework with business objectives and regulatory requirements.Supporting the incorporation of evolving regulatory requirements into the business-as-usual process and reports. Build strong relationships as well as role-model collaboration across the wider Operations space (with both on- and offshore teams) Relevant London Market Insurance experience (Underwriting Assistance or Operations) Strong written and oral communication skills Computer skills including the core MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) We're Sompo, a global provider of property, casualty, and specialty insurance and reinsurance.
