Qualified Social Worker - Children in Care

Using a strength-based approach, we focus on promoting children's wellbeing and maintaining positive family relationships to achieve the best outcomes. This rewarding yet challenging role is ideal for experienced social workers confident in managing complex caseloads and conducting holistic assessments to identify risk and need. You'll work closely with multi-agency partners to develop and review care plans, and collaborate with health and education professionals to create tailored support packages for children with complex needs.
