Your role will focus on building trust, fostering positive relationships, and creating a safe and structured classroom environment where students feel valued and supported.Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual needs Promote emotional wellbeing and resilience alongside academic progress Use trauma-informed and positive behaviour strategies Work closely with a skilled team of Teaching Assistants, pastoral staff, and external professionals Build strong relationships with families and carers Track and celebrate pupil progress in both academic and personal developmentAbout You: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent - essential) Experience teaching pupils with SEMH or other SEND needs A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach Strong behaviour management skills with a focus on positive reinforcement Creativity and adaptability in lesson planning and delivery A commitment to inclusive education and personalised learningWhy Join Us?
