This is a fantastic opportunity to join a values-driven team committed to guiding pupils on their journey to achievement, helping them develop the skills, resilience, and confidence to thrive in life.About the RoleYou will deliver creative, personalised learning for small groups of pupils, often working in a cross-curricular and therapeutic way. Your role will focus on building trust, fostering positive relationships, and creating a safe and structured classroom environment where students feel valued and supported.Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual needs Promote emotional wellbeing and resilience alongside academic progress Use trauma-informed and positive behaviour strategies Work closely with a skilled team of Teaching Assistants, pastoral staff, and external professionals Build strong relationships with families and carers Track and celebrate pupil progress in both academic and personal developmentAbout You: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent - essential) Experience teaching pupils with SEMH or other SEND needs A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach Strong behaviour management skills with a focus on positive reinforcement Creativity and adaptability in lesson planning and delivery A commitment to inclusive education and personalised learningWhy Join Us?
