You will need to:

• Be confident and able to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Provide quotes and alternative solutions when required.
• Have a valid Gas Safe Card (front and back) and ACS Certificates as evidence of CCN1, CENWAT, CEN1, CPA1, etc.
• Carry sufficient stock to complete most basic replacement or refit jobs.
• Be willing to cover emergency and time-sensitive work during normal hours, evenings, and weekends.
• Have access to your own vehicle to travel to and from jobs.
• Act in a polite and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
• Operate in domestic settings and work closely with estate agents, housing associations, and property management companies for maintenance needs.
• Possess a Health and Safety Qualification.
• Risk Assessment Qualification (preferred but not essential).
