Little Lion Cubs Nursery is a brand-new day nursery based in the heart of Netherfield, Nottingham. We provide a nurturing, inclusive, and safe environment for children aged 9 months to 5 years, rooted in Biblical principles such as love, kindness, patience, and integrity. Early Years Teacher - Inspiring Young MindsWe are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and creative Early Years Teacher to join our nurturing, supportive setting in Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic professional who is committed to providing high quality early education and giving every child the best possible start in life.
About the RoleAs an Early Years Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, play based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Monitor, assess, and record children's progress effectively
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)
- Happy to work 30 hours per week / all- year round
- Support the nursery's Biblical values through daily practice
- A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A nurturing and patient approach
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- A welcoming and supportive working environment

- Competitive salary, starting at £15.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
