Qualified Early Years Practitioner - £1k Welcome Bonus (Full-Time)

The Old Station Nursery Group in Rugby is seeking a Qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 2/3 or QTS) to join our team. You will create a warm, nurturing environment, plan play-based activities, and support child development under EYFS guidelines. This is a full-time role at our Houlton site.

Salary £27,560-£30,326 per year, 38-42 hours over 4 days, with a 1,000 welcome bonus and comprehensive perks package including childcare discounts and training opportunities.
