Vacancy Details

• To teach Mathematics to KS3 and KS4 (mandatory) and preferably A level Maths (not mandatory)
• To ensure that pupils are taught in line with current curriculum requirements, and the schools own ambitious expectations
• To provide pastoral support to pupils when required
• To follow the schools behaviour policy and the schools safeguarding policy

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role candidates must have / be able to demonstrate:

• Holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and allowing permission for a TRA check to be conducted on your behalf
• Experience of working as a teacher of Mathematics in a British curriculum school for a minimum of two terms since obtaining QTS.
• Full enhanced DBS certificate
• Completion of the Connex Education Onboarding Process
• The ability to show a genuine desire and passion for working as a teacher.
• A minimum of 2 satisfactory school based references
