• Lead and maintain the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) and external audits
• Coordinate risk assessments and implement corrective actions across all areas
• Conduct internal audits to identify improvements and ensure compliance
• Lead investigations into hazards, near misses and accidents, driving root-cause actions
• Deliver QHSE training and promote a strong, proactive safety and quality culture

QHSE Manager Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Strong QHSE background within manufacturing
• ISO 9001 auditing experience and solid Quality exposure
• NEBOSH qualification
• Proven experience in accident investigation and EHS processes
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and training capability
